About the speaker

George Bullard, General Secretary, North American Baptist Fellowship of the Baptist World Alliance, and Ministry Partner and Strategic Coordinator with The Columbia Partnership. He is author of three books: "Pursuing the Full Kingdom Potential of Your Congregation," "Every Congregation Needs a Little Conflict," and "Real Denominations Serve Congregations."
 
Session One (Fri. June 25, 1:30-2:45 p.m.)
Do We Know Who We Are and What We Value and Believe?
This session will deal with issues surrounding congregational identity involving mission, purpose, and values. It will also focus on readiness and assessment processes to help congregations figure out their current situation.

Session Two (Fri. June 25, 3:00-4:15 p.m.)
Do We Know Where We Are Headed?
This session will deal with discernment, discovery, and development of the future story of ministry for congregations. It will focus on vision casting and future story development. 

Session Three (Sat. June 26, 9:15-10:30 a.m.)
How Are We Intentionally Trying to Get There?
This session will deal with developing a process and pattern of living into the future story of ministry for congregations. It will focus on develop a future story fulfillment map, celebrating progress toward living into a future story, and the continual transition of the story.

Session Four (Sat. June 26, 10:45-noon)
Do We Have the Resources to Make the Journey?
This session will deal with the essential resources of leadership, finances, facilities, and empowering management. It will focus on how to develop and align resources to keep the congregation vital and vibrant for the long-term.
