Affect gives adults insight into global missions and engages them in meaningful prayer and active response. Each monthly unit
includes six sections: a feature story, devotional reflection, book group suggestions, prayer calendar, a call to action, and a leader's guide. The leader's guide provides information about using Affect in traditional missions groups, worship, church publications, meal settings, and Bible study, as well as ideas for individuals to use Affect at home with their families or as a part of their devotional lives.

- Affect is available for group or individual use. A class order includes 10 copies of the Affect magazine per quarter. Single copies of the Affect magazine are available as individual orders. All orders are shipped quarterly.
